[ give her a moment. she covers her mouth with her hands, and emits a squeal only audible to bats and finely-tuned audio equipment before rushing over ]
Oh my goodness Mr. Erde, she's adorable! Where did you get her?
[ she tries her best to rein herself in so as to not scare the kitten, but ends up bounding over to the bed anyway, albeit sitting down gently. she pets the kitten's head with two fingers, and she wakes up with a yawn, eyes squeezing shut even further before opening and blinking up at mileina. and then blinking with the second pair of eyes, causing the girl to jump and give a little squeal ]
She's the cutest kitten I've ever seen! And the most special, too! [ she scoops her into her arms, scratching her ears ] What are you going to name her?
I haven't met her, but I'll be sure to thank her kindly if I meet her! [ she places the kitten down gently, and then launches herself over to hug Mr. Erde around the middle ] Thank you, thank you! This is the best present ever!
[hugging was once totally alien to him, but not only does it happen now but there are different types depending on people, on the situation... it's strange. nevertheless, mileina's hugs are always very appreciated, even if they can be a little bonecrushing in their enthusiasm.]
Oh, goodness...! [ the kitten butts her head experimentally against mileina's leg, and she picks her up to cradle her again ] I'm just not sure! It needs to be something with a very special meaning, doesn't it?
Should I name her something to match Artoo? I don't want to call her something like Blackie, she needs to have a name that matches her personality! [ the kitten starts purring, and Mileina smiles even wider ]
To match Artoo? [the thought hadn't occurred to him and momentarily catches him off guard] If we call her Threepio, she'll have to have a rather haughty personality... [but the idea makes him flash a rare grin, quickly stifled into something a little more reserved.]

Somebody on the community needed to rehome her. We already have one cat, who hardly seems to cause a problem, so I doubt two would make a difference.
