57 minutes. In the last 24 hours, I have been awake for only 57 minutes. Something is wrong, and it is getting worse.

...I try and spend most of my time awake with her, but seeing her like that only exacerbates whatever is wrong with me. Additionally, she needs so much rest at the moment that we are virtually never awake at the same time.

I cannot help but feel somewhat responsible for her injuries.

... Look. As a last resort, there's always me. I don't know what it is you're trying to hide anymore that you don't want me knowing, but... if you're not going to let me have a look at you, then you can at least tell me how you came to that conclusion in the first place.

She was at the hospital. She was either there to see Blackout or myself.

And she could just as easily have stayed home instead, run out to the store for some milk, and been hit by a car. Unless you were the one who directly hurt her, there's no need for guilt.

From what I read, her injuries were not your fault and even if you were at one hundred percent, there would have been very little you could do to prevent them.
